project professionalism

so i realized when i got to my desk that i had started covertly writing in the middle of the 'notes' section of a file in the database yesterday (with the intent to copy and paste here) and had logged out without deleting what i had written. So for the last 24 hours, the file notes read:

12/29/98 Kristine-
contact her as she is interested in working with us. Couldn’t work on Yang program due to holidays
1/16/98 Jennifer Barakat - Sent BA info; she is very eager to work with us
1/7/98 Jennifer Barakat - Barbara Crawford highly recommends her; says she “knows the field” everybody is going to danbury but me. i feel so left out. but not really coz its like, well, how long will i be here anyway? i mean, as hard as it is for me to conceieve, it's already almost thanksgiveing, and i know its a slippery slope, but xmas follows right on the heels of that hallowed turkey-slaughtering day, and then after that it's winter for a while longer, then spring and summer and ...back to school? Whatever, i'm not really ; recently returned from Warsaw; her husband was with Amoco.

....right. bless those remaining braincells for kicking in when i really need them.
